We do things differently at 1871 and we are looking for hardworking, detail oriented, caring, fun, upbeat, loyal, passionate, creative, and inspired people to be part of this (often crazy) journey. The kind of people who believe that standards are meant to be blown away, there’s always more to learn and create, and are ready to dive in head first. The kind of people who find endless passion in what we do, and wouldn’t settle for anything less than the very best. If that’s you, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Our menu changes all the time, with season and inspiration. All of our bread and pastry is handmade in a traditional long process by only a few real artisans. Our offerings are limited to what can be made well, with the highest quality standards, in just our hands. We tend to sell out quickly and recommend pre-ordering your favorite items.
