We open our bakery doors every Wednesday through Saturday, serving small batch, handmade breads and pastries.
Our menu changes daily, and a new menu is posted each Monday. This allows us to take advantage of seasonal ingredients and inspired whims.
Below is a gallery of some of the bread and pastries we bake, many of which will rotate through our menu offerings.
The Kouign Amann with summer berries: the kouign amann is a buttery, flaky croissant-like pastry with caramelized layers of butter and dough, either original or filled with dark chocolate, salted caramel or lemon creme.
Vanilla cheesecake with salted caramel & summer berries: our vanilla cheesecake is rich and creamy, set on a brown sugar graham crust, and topped with a salted caramel drizzle and fresh summer berries.
Kouign amann: kouign amann is buttery, flaky croissant-like pastry with caramelized layers of butter and dough. Available in the original spiral shape, or in a cup-like shape filled with dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel, or lemon creme.
Sourdough bagels: our bagels are naturally leavened in a two day process that develops the flavor and texture a bagel should have. We have all the classics, and our flavor list is ever-growing as we love to explore new flavor ideas and combinations.
Artisan sourdough loaf: our artisan sourdough is a handmade, three day process that begins with our starter, a natural leavener we have cared for over years, and finishes in our steam deck ovens for beautiful crumb and crust. We have an original sourdough loaf and an ever-growing offering of inclusions and flavors.
Fruit & cream pasty: handmade buttery puff pastry filled with our vanilla pastry creme and fresh summer berries.

Kouign amann, package of four: our buttery flaky croissant-like pastry with caramelized layers of butter and dough, wrapped beautifully for a treat or gift, and available in original, filled or a custom variety.
Mushroom havarti turnovers: buttery puff pastry envelops sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and havarti cheese for a savory pastry treat.
Jalapeno & white cheddar bagels: our sourdough bagel topped with melted white cheddar cheese and spicy jalapenos.
Angel food cake with buttery lemon glaze and summer berries: our angel food cake is light and airy with a simple sweetness. We top it with our special butter lemon glaze and a tumble of fresh summer berries. This treat is everything summer should be.
Kate's cake, grapefruit & cardamom olive oil cake: created for a special couple, Kate's cake is a moist and tender olive oil cake with a unique flavor combination of fresh grapefruit and cardamom. Its drizzled with a citrus glaze in this little bundt (we call it a bundltet) that is the perfect size for two.
Sourdough artisan bagels: our sourdough artisan bagels are handmade in a two day process the develops a true bagel flavor and texture.
Kate's cake: a four layer olive oil cake infused with fresh grapefruit and cardamom, drizzled with a citrus glaze, and wrapped in a whipped mascarpone frosting.
Cruffins: the beautiful combination of a croissant and muffin, filled with fresh blueberries and topped with a just-sweet-enough dusting of powdered sugar.

Croissants and pain au chocolate: The classics. Buttery, flaky and light as air, our croissants are handmade with nearly a hundred layers of dough and butter in a three day process that gives delicious flavor and just enough sweetness. In original or rolled around two bars of dark chocolate.
Grapefruit & cardamom infused olive oil cake scantily dressed in whipped mascarpone, drizzled with salted caramel, and tumbled with fresh fruit.
Pain au chocolat: Layers of dough and butter wrapped around batons of chocolate, and baked to form the beautiful simplicity of a chocolate croissant.

The balsamic glazed cherry turnover: Fresh, seasonal cherries glazed in balsamic and orange zest, wrapped in a butter pastry, with a drizzle of vanilla and toasted almonds.
Herb & Parm Croissant. Tender, flaky, buttery croissants layered with rosemary, parmesan & sea salt butter. Perfect alone, but amazing as a breakfast or lunch sandwich.

Hazelnut frangipane & chocolate cream danish. Almond frangipane, vanilla creme and blueberry danish. Hazelnuts frangipaned into a rich, nutty paste and baked into our flaky buttery puff pastry, then graced with a ribbon of chocolate patisserie creme and shaved dark chocolate. Truly decadent. Nutty, gently sweet almond frangipane, rich vanilla patisserie crème, and fresh blueberries are cradled in flaky, buttery puff pastry. Creamy, light and fresh, to make your morning sweeter.

our buttery, flaky turnover today is filled with roasted, naturally sweet cherries dancing in cinnamon and cardamom, and drizzled with a vanilla balsamic glaze. It’s a handful of everything we love about fall. But the real story here is the absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers from Saltese Farm. You have to see the vibrant magentas, oranges and delicate pinks gracing our foyer.
