Artisan sourdough loaf: our artisan sourdough is a handmade, three day process that begins with our starter, a natural leavener we have cared for over years, and finishes in our steam deck ovens for beautiful crumb and crust. We have an original sourdough loaf and an ever-growing offering of inclusions and flavors.
Kouign amann, package of four: our buttery flaky croissant-like pastry with caramelized layers of butter and dough, wrapped beautifully for a treat or gift, and available in original, filled or a custom variety.
Mushroom havarti turnovers: buttery puff pastry envelops sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and havarti cheese for a savory pastry treat.
Angel food cake with buttery lemon glaze and summer berries: our angel food cake is light and airy with a simple sweetness. We top it with our special butter lemon glaze and a tumble of fresh summer berries. This treat is everything summer should be.
Kate's cake, grapefruit & cardamom olive oil cake: created for a special couple, Kate's cake is a moist and tender olive oil cake with a unique flavor combination of fresh grapefruit and cardamom. Its drizzled with a citrus glaze in this little bundt (we call it a bundltet) that is the perfect size for two.

Croissants and pain au chocolate: The classics. Buttery, flaky and light as air, our croissants are handmade with nearly a hundred layers of dough and butter in a three day process that gives delicious flavor and just enough sweetness. In original or rolled around two bars of dark chocolate.

It’s a handful of everything we love about fall. But the real story here is the absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers from Saltese Farm. You have to see the vibrant magentas, oranges and delicate pinks gracing our foyer.
