While 1871 is turning a lush green, Mr. Amazing is busy dusting off the lawn mower, and our winter dormant flowers are beginning to flourish with lovely, colorful petals, even bigger things are happening with our favorite farmers. We know all this spring growth means they’re very busy tending to, feeding, growing and getting ready to harvest some of the very best things. And that thought is feeding this baker with a buzz of spring excitement and endless inspiration.
We’re still making the most of beautiful winter citrus, but we are day dreaming of all the goodness coming soon. From spring berries to fresh herbs, over the next few weeks we’ll be growing new spring menus and making our bread and pastry dreams come true in the most exciting time for a bakery.
